WHAT DOES A WEEK LOOK LIKE ON THE OP?

Each student will work a full-time job (32+ hr/week) at SeaWorld while at the Orlando Project. During the evenings, there are teaching sessions consisting of fun, training, and worship. Also, during the week are organized social events organized by staff and student leaders where you can have fun in Orlando, Fl.


TELL ME MORE ABOUT THE TRAININGS...

One of the goals of the Orlando Project is to give each student the tools to help them walk with God for the rest of their lives. Each week, you will receive training on studying the Bible, sharing your faith, growing as a spiritual leader, and more.


WHERE WILL I LIVE?

We are staying at the Delta by Marriott! You will will share a room with other Orlando Project students, including a student leader who will serve as a mentor.


WHERE WILL I WORK?

All students will be working at various businesses in Orlando. Working will help you build relationships to share your faith, give you work experience, and provide a summer income. If you raise financial support to attend the Orlando Project, you will still be required to work a full-time job.


HOW DO I PAY FOR OP?

You can raise money to cover the cost of Project. The specifics on how to raise money will be provided once you have been accepted. Also, you can use the money you earn from your job in Orlando. Depending on the job, you would use about 80% of the money you earn to cover the total expenses.


I NEED AN INTERNSHIP FOR MY MAJOR... WHAT SHOULD I DO?

We are excited about students growing and developing in their career path! Students desiring to attend the Orlando Project with an internship opportunity will need to meet with the Project Director for review and approval.  All jobs must fit within the mission and schedule of the Orlando Project in order for the student to maximize their experience.
